It looks like a caching issue / missing redirect / httpd configuration. If you navigate to the docs from the main page it’s good while if try to hand write a url you and I get a 503.
Likely it should be an Infra JIRA issue. It could make sense to examine the asf-site branch in Apache/pulsar repository.
