The functional portion of the AOO will be stable, but the translation may
require updating frequently since better translation, standardization will
keep coming. At the least this will true of Tamil translation. A lot more
work need to be done to make AOO easily usable by Tamil population.

Please excuse this intrusion. I have been using OpenOffice (now 3.4.1)
on my Mac (now 10.6.8) for a couple of years, at the recommendation of
a physicist/programmer friend (who, however, uses OO on a PC).
As experienced on my Mac, OO is absurdly defective. I would happily

As I just counted, there are 44 release blocker defects in RESOLVED status.
And more than half should be after the last dev snapshot build.
So we need QE team to focus on verifying those resolved defects and close
them as long as the new dev snapshot build is available.
