On this page: https://www.openoffice.org/porting/index.html there is a
reference to "a port to OpenSolaris (Sparc) by Adfinis SyGroup AG
(Nicolas Christener)":
http://adfinis-sygroup.ch/aoo-solaris-sparc/
But that page is 404 and should probably be removed (unless anyone knows
where it went).

The staging area isn't working anymore. This is related to the permanent
HTTPS redirection.
But I can see everything online now. Thanks!

No, such synopsis does not exist. The committee candidate has an

If I understand correctly only ODF 1.2 is a standard (OASIS and ISO), so
creating a document with the same content on any software should result in

There ought to be some checking of how unified is the handling of the 1.2
plain or extended between the LO and AOO.
I remember seeing some differences already.

Small correction:
I am greatfull to all involved for ODF 1.3. I do not want to exclude
anyone. I think this is really Awesome!
And I whish someday, AOO will have also people somehow helping to
develop ODF format further.
I am sure there is still lot of work to do.

My personal opinion in this matter is that it does not matter what
others do. All that counts is that ODF 1.3 is out.
If others want to join the party everyone is welcome. If they do not
want to that is fine, too.
I am personal very happy that the TDF has managed to organize this. And

I believe this is a quite relevant announcement!
If ODF 1.3 is only used by a single Office suite then it will no longer be
"software independent" which IMHO defeats the purpose

Sounds nice.
It would be great to have a debug output that can be checked to check which
dependencies have been pulled. For me a declarative output would be cool to
understand some code.
Also do you have an idea how to handle IDLs with scon? That would be awesome.
All the best

Am 9.
I've implemented static libraries, added linker version scripts, and made
some cleanups, and 22 modules can now be converted to SCons (up from 19 a
week ago).
AllLangResTarget is the next big target, and it seems exceptionally
complicated, with 3 layers of intermediate targets: .src --(transex3)--
