Yep can confirm it but not had a chance to look at the issue in detail, so I'm
not 100% sure if it's an installer issu

could point to that that. Issue there however is that we need to set the FP
inf
And there's always the nightly builds, they will be containing the fix

issue, so no need in a new dot-release only because of that. Documenting

I think changing that should be a workaround, but we should also emphasize
to folks that the Apache Flex RSLs are not signed so they are not
I ran the frameworks-rsls target on the source kit and it built RSLs with
the right name. My install of RC3 also has RSLs with the right name.
Maybe something just went wrong with the bin kit.

No the config file should also have 20130801 in the RSL names.

specified in [Flex SDK]/frameworks/flex-config.xml do not match file
names located in [Flex SDK]/frameworks/rsls/. For example
flex-config.xml contains
libs/advancedgrids.swc
*advancedgrids_4.10.
