Forget that last post, the SWFs have the right name, it is the flex-config
that isn't updated.  It looks like build.number isn't set in the
build.properties.

I think changing that should be a workaround, but we should also emphasize
to folks that the Apache Flex RSLs are not signed so they are not used
across domains, so merged-into-code is a better option unless you can
gamble that the RSLs will remain in the user's browser cache.
