IJ doesn't use flex-config.xml from the config zip in case of Flexmojos
project. Not sure about Flexmojos itself. Anyway if you don't use Flex
framework as RSLs you won't be affected by this bug.

I'm sorry for such a late report, but the issue is still there in 4.11
release (4.11.0.20131017).
flex-config.xml contains invalid names like
<rsl-url>framework_4.11.0.0.swf</rsl-url>
