Can some one please confirm it is even possible with brasero as it is

applications as an administrator, most applications that require
"administrator-privileges" use a separate background application. Those
applications have a "unlock" button.

Yes, I was about the post a bug about notifications not working at all
for rhythmbox, until I found this gem, which explains everything. They
only work if it is minimalized to a tray.
Why not just _always_ show the notifications? Or at least, always show
it when it's not focused!

I was there when he had that crash. It is not easily reproducable. It
claimed it had crash, but it didn't. I suspect this means a program or
task rhythmbox created had crashed.
Looking at ProcStatus, it seems that its related to the indexing of
meta-data. Which would also explain why the rhythmbox

- volume changes
- gnome-settings-deamon crashed
- theme went away

Yes, the first time you launch rhythmbox it complains about ~/Podcasts not
existing.
Then, when you check the preferences, ~ is now used as Podcasts directory.
What I think would be perfect behavior:
- use ~/Podcasts by default
- if it does not exist, change it to the default download direct

I can confirm this behavior. I wanted to post a bug about this, but
found it was already here.
I do hope it gets fixed or at least some work-around found for feisty.
It does not install confidence about the quality even though its just
minor nuisance. Because it _is_ something everyone should noti
Deskbar + Beryl works fine here.
What this crash incidental or does it keep recurring?
And ifso, does it also occur without beryl?

I'm using the Murrina engine and have no problem with it at all with any
program.
There is however, a simple graphical glitch with Deskbar.
It seems the text-field in the panel is too big. It should be 2 pixels
shorter. One from the top,
I've attached a screenshot. Notice the border of the text-field of the
deskbar in the panel at the top. Only the area you can actually type
overlaps the border, making it thinner..

the screen now.
But its been a while since I installed feisty. Can some one confirm

matrox card won't randomly crash now. I know, the drivers are to blame,
but the drivers don't promise stable 3d support.
