Just FYI, happened about two weeks ago and yet again today.
This time I tried to turn off the screen and on again (vis settings ->
display). But turning on again is blocked by the UI saying "Changes can not be
Applied" "This could be due to hardware limitations". Was worth a try for a
mitigation
Ah BTW, 4 out of 4 times this happened so far it was the same screen out of the
5.
1 more screen is the very same model, and 2 more are the previous years gen of
the same model - so quite similar.
This gets suspicious as that seems more than by chance.

I can confirm the bug is fixed, I've enabled -proposed and mouse keys,
