Two more details First, on shutdown the splash screen (Ubuntu + Lenovo in my case) is visible again on the display that was formerly off
And then a really stupid issue, I mentioned above I disabled the screen in setting. Well it comes back up disabled, and it can still not enable it due to "Changes can not be Applied" "This could be due to hardware limitations".
