No, it should not be so. With gvfs 1.6.1-0ubuntu1, my nautilus opened
trash which it didn't open earlier, and it stills opens it. But with
1.6.1-0ubuntu1build1 if I delete file with emblem, I cannot find it in
the trash. I think it's something wrong with this build1.

I have the same problem too. nvidia geforce2 MX400 card. Problem
persists with both noveau and nvidia binary 96 driver. Reinstalling

I'm here again after hours of tries and now I believe that I solved
definitively (at least for me)... I understood the problem!!! According to me
the gspca_vc032x is the problem!! I opened the blacklist file:
sudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
and i've added the following line:
blacklist
toAlexander A.:
Read my comment #5 - points 1 and 2 are probably more like wishlist items,
while point 3 is clearly a bug (well, other than directly described by subject
of this issue).

I've tried the solution suggested above but when I stick the NTFS USB drive
in, it says it can't mount it and point to this bit of documentation:
Unprivileged block device mounts work only if all the below requirements are
