can presumably request Gaim to be built with lib
There is a similar bug upstream:
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/evolution/+bug/40326
Does anybody knows in what case exactly that happens when signing a
message?

graphics card is an Intel GMA 900.
When i connect the external monitor, I have the fonts small (almost
unreadable); if I reboot without it, the font is ok

Public bug reported:
To reproduce, log in as a user, then as another via XNest
(gdmflexiserver --xnest). In the XNest window, bring up the keyboard
properties window.
Works fine with a normal new user login (gdmflexiserver).
