I'm attaching the data in the gedit Text Editor file as requested. It
printed out lots of data, so I'll wait until I hear from you again,
before I do anything else. If you need anything further, don't hesitate
to ask.

Here is the attachment with the bug report data from running "rhythmbox

Hi Doris,
One of the rhythmbox developers has asked can you run
rhythmbox -d
during insertion of a CD. You can do this in the terminal, just type it in and
press Enter before you put a CD in, and then put it in while that is running in
the background. It will come up in the terminal with a load

Doris, it may be Pedro who is going to deal with this now, as he is our
contact for GNOME problems, in this case, rhythmbox. If he needs any
more information, please continue to be as extremely helpful as you have
been. Thank you again and good luck! :)

No problem at all. That's provided us with enough information to know
the rhythmbox simply isn't polling the drive (checking it), or doesn't
see it for perhaps another reason. Not to worry, this will be looked at
by a developer. Thank you again for your co-operation, much appreciated

Hi Doris,
Can you please provide us with a screenshot (by using the PrtSc as before) of
Rhythmbox showing this "Unknown" when you insert an audio CD, so we know
exactly how to reproduce this problem.
It may well be that rhythmbox is simply not checking the Internet for the track
names and we nee

this bug has enough information provided for a developer to begin work,
