Doris, what Teej is asking for you to do is very similar to what I had you do for comment #12. The "terminal" is a program found in "Accessories" and lets you type in commands (much like computers back in the 80's and early 90's). This time, instead of the "apport-collect ..." command, you will type "rhythmbox -d" and then press enter. Rhythmbox will then start up. Do not close the terminal until after you finish with Rhythmbox.
