I agree with Joe Dalton. One paragraph per letter is much better than
one very big paragraph. And it is not so strange as one paragraph per
CTAN package.

Not good - apt-cache search foobar would not help here.
That *is* a very useful feature to search for particular CTAN
packages without having to know the title.
