by accident, I uploaded a binary package today (ruby-rouge) instead of
its source-package into the archive. I expected the binary package
being rejected once I discovered my mistake. But it was accepted
instead, and it was also not being rebuilt. Didn't we turn off binary

Is it possible, that the watch file service of our PTS has some issue
atm? The PTS spuriously reports "temporary or permanent problems" for
some projects, although the watch files look perfectly ok to me and
uscan does work as expected. Some examples:

Our bug tracker contains items for packages, which do (not longer) exist. What
should happen to them? I see, that it might be a good idea to keep them for the
case, a package is re-introduced. But this might happen only for a few
