Maybe xen-create-image should, by default, create pygrub domUs or
initramfs should include the xen block devices modules when configured,

PyPy, some of it depends on C extensions (that live elsewhere). Some
upstreams are also shipping different source code for PyPy (although we
assume this will decrease in the future).

This appears to be fixed in upstream 0.9.2.1. We applied the following
patch, cherry-picked from upstream in Ubuntu, but it's probably
