Nope.
1.It should be removed from unstable.
2.If it's ok for now (cant remember policy for package removal during
freeze stage) it should also be removed from testing.

Ok, I've found workaround for now:
pref("extensions.autoDisableScopes", 0);
in /etc/iceweasel/pref/iceweasel.js, but I beleive it should be
specified in /usr/share...
