My fault. It shows this prompt because of
dch warning: Recognised distributions are: unstable, testing, stable,
experimental, UNRELEASED, {sarge,etch}-{volatile,backports} and
{testing,stable,oldstable}-security.

So it i'll merge this bug with #463449.
