I can confirm this bug. A line for /dev/usb0 in /etc/fstab breaks
mounting under KDE because any USB stick gets mounted at /media/usb0 as
root and read-only for user before KDE can mount it at /meda/user/LABEL.

Note: I had to set bios settings to use xHCI usb driver, (UHCI,EHCI does
not seem working well) , and AHCI hard disk mode.

Exactly same problem on ATOM INTEL E3826 architecture
1) debian wheezy installs on this machine
2) fedora 20 installs on this machine
3) fedora 21 flashes and does not work
however on intel E3826 , I can give you a custom kernel config that
permits booting for kernel 3.
