I am using locally built hd-media and bootfloppy images, with a hacked
hw-detect (to support my laptop), busybox (to turn on a few more
things), and the latest uploaded udebs of iso-scan and main-menu.
Booted my lifebook from the bootfloppy, inserted my usb keychain, booted
up into the installer.

when I use cvs udebs (sid udebs are horribly broken atm) for an
cdimage everything works up to partitioning.
Main-menu starts the manual partitioning automatically, then the
"configure and mount partition" and as third the "Automatic
partitioning".

(QuickSilver 2002) from a set of 7 CD disks. The basic install from the
first CD works fine but when base-config asks me to scan the other CD:s
