The reason I support the no-delegation (which I don't see as equal

This email relates to having a meeting to decide how to move forward
with the Chair/Delegation situation.
The three proposals at play are:
[1] - A two-person delegation
[2] - A new -ctte annually
[3] - The original 2011 proposal
