All 14 bags plus a single Final Report have now been sent.
I'm attaching a report that describes what was in each bag, to whom it
was sent, what the costs were and what the tracking number is.
Unfortunatel
e is
probably to arrange for it to be transferred from the Linux-Aktivaattori
account to me. To "unlock" the appropriate sum, a DebConf organiser
and/or the DPL (or perhaps the Debian Auditor) will need to approve the
sum and explicitly authorise the Linux-Aktivaattori board to make the

2. Where should I send the bags (there are 14 of them)? Complete
addresses, please.
3. How does reimbursement for the sending costs work?
Good work on getting the report done!

I haven't used it myself, but maybe http://mg.pov.lt/irclog2html/ could
do the job?

I'm updating the ticket in rt.debconf.org with the above quest
their own.
My wish is to work as part of a group, and that's why I'm constantly
asking people to join the process at the visionary stage.

Ok, great. I see the shipment in the tracking system now. Its
destination appears to be Mexico, though, hope it's just a glitch in the
sys
made, the delegation of venue selection and its withdrawal being two
examples.

What is the minimal set of tasks that must be done to bring DebConf6 to
