Unfortunately for any such person, the box has arrived here, containing 14 conference bags. :) Now: 1. I recall a discussion about the personal name tags that were unclaimed and are attached to each bag. If I'm not mistaken, the decision was to remove them and not send them to sponsors because of privacy reasons. Correct? 2. The original plan was to include the Final Report in the bag, plus a DVD of the talks, if that would happen to be possible. I assume we cancel this plan now, since some bags have already been sent without these extras, right? 3. Where should I send these 14 bags? 4. Is a scanned copy of a receipt enough to receive reimbursement of the sending costs? To whom should I send this information? I'm updating the ticket in rt.debconf.org with the above questions.
