If we want people to have started preparing DebConf12 proposals in time for the
presentation at DC10, we should send an initial call for proposals email soon.
Does someone want to work on it? I can if desired, but don't want to be a major
part of the process since I intend to do much less DebC

with someone who helped do the Extremadura Debian deployment (Rafael
Martín Espada, Dario Rapisardi, Pedro Pérez, etc.) so I can ask them a
bunch of detailed ques
I'm glad I captured the purpose and spirit of Debian Day...but some
prioritization would be a good idea! We probably can't achieve all our
goals, and choosing a priority will help us decide what to put first on
the program, or to highlight, etc.
I have never been to a DebConf or Debian Day befo
Looks like we might have a couple things to talk about here. If we are going
to have t shirts then we should discuss design, costs, sizes, places to do
the work, etc. Can someone put this on the agenda I'm on my mobile and wiki
editing is a little tough.
