tight, so I made it lightly snug, which seemed to have little difference on
the friction when turning shaft by hand, but drips stopped. Will have to
check again when I get engine back together, but hopefully I won't need to
replace it.
this size wire for most runs, so to protect them, a small fuse sized for
the intended load and wire gauge should be used. Otherwise, a short in the
circuit could cause wire damage before a 15A breaker trips.

Our club just closed the bar and clubhouse, and Sunday races are cancelled
for the next 3 weekends. Other local clubs are revoking reciprocals also,
but I haven't heard about regattas being cancelled yet. I suspect they will
be.

Update, the Swiftsure has just been cancelled. I can't imagine the PNW race
in May will continue, so that doesn't leave much hope for the Vic Maui this
year. :(

may jam; not enough, and the halyard may wrap. It most often happens if I
have not sailed for a while, and the slack halyard has allowed the sail to
ease downward a bit. In this case, tensioning the halyard, then easing off
a bit will usually resolve it.
