The pump is cheap and easy to replace if you have access to the engine. I replaced the lift pump on our 3GM30F two years ago. There is a gasket between the engine and the lift pump that also must be replaced. I do not believe that it was very expensive Note that there seem to be banjo bolts

ABYC makes no specific prescriptions regarding lighting. As such there is no one "right" way. One train of thought is to bring the top of the mast to the same potential and the water, effectively drawing lightning to the boat. Under this methodology you are really proving protection to the occup

I have found that the 3HM35F (almost the same engine) primes very easily. I make more than problems by opening the official bleed screws. They will perpetually leak. In fact, I JB welded the screw on the engine filter and the HP pump in place. I have replaced the associated banjo fitting copper

Not likely with that offset hatch and keg hung rudder me thinks. Baltic hewed pretty closely to the C&C performance curve of the day. Baltics have a very angular stern and the companionway entrances are Swan-like. Looks like a Taiwan/Chinese knockoff to me. Or something… Best, Dave Godwin 1982
