Not sure I agree with you there Mike, I think it depends on the surveyor...around here if TBoats (Iain Tulloch) is your surveyor I think he does the same detailed inspection every time...I have had him survey Alianna twice, 5 years apart for insurance purposes and each time I was there and saw him
