As long as I can carry my 3/4 oz spinnaker, I would not use my 1/2 oz. Why would you want to ruin a good 1/2 oz spinnaker just so you don't have to change it. It is very easy to change spinnakers while racing, with no loss of speed. I don't carry my 1/2 oz above seven knots apparent. Alan Ber
