In the meantime, here is what I do.take the lazy guy in which ever
hand holding the back end or the trimmer's end with my thumb facing back
on the guy..go crouch in front of the forestay, wait until the pole
dips under the forestay and b

Lots of good advice/experience on this subjectinteresting reading.
From someone who has worked foredecks and has executed jibes from there
on various sized boats, my preference would be for 'dip jibes' simply
out of selfish reasons, my safety!
