In the meantime, here is what I do.....take the lazy guy in which ever hand holding the back end or the trimmer's end with my thumb facing back on the guy......go crouch in front of the forestay, wait until the pole dips under the forestay and begins to come back up on the other side, drop the lazy guy in the jaw and trip it closed pressing the guy down with your thumb. As long as you hold the line the same way with your thumb pointing back and don't try to drop the guy into the jaw before it crosses below the forestay, you should never have an unwelcomed wrap in the jaw.
