I have a LF38, 1984.i payaround 1,400 annually. For insurance for a 70,000
agreed value full coverage policy. Sounds kinda extravagant but I have waaay
more than that invested. Only self survey required. Been with National Marine
Underwriters since 2006. No claims ever.Sent from my Verizon,
, they sent me over to Progressive. They
are the best homeowner’s company ever too.

I don’t think USAA covers boats anymore, they sent me over to Progressive. They

I just today paid the annual $1,000,000 CAD liability-only premium for my 1978

One thing you can do is just get liability insurance. Your boat won't be
covered, but you'll be insured if you damage another person's property.

Dont know your location. I am in Michigan. Have mine through Fremont
Insurance Co. Agreed value policy, inland marine policy terms with all gear,
etc. Reasonable and no problem. I have been with them 10 years. My boat is
40 this year. Bill Walker C&C 36Pentwater, Mi.

I've got an 84 Landfall 35 insured thru Safeco/Helmsman for less than a grand.
Stated value is 15k and Safe Harbor makes you carry 500k liability.
