When I bought Touche', I seem to recall it had a 10 or 12 inch 3 blade fixed at 6? pitch with the AT4. Now with the Universal 25XPB with a 2:05 reduction, Touche' is swinging a 14 x 14 Martec 2 blade folder. Couple points: It feels like it's slightly underpitched. I can get about 6.7-6.9 knots

You want the prop to clear the hull, so going to a larger diameter prop isn't the way to go. What diameter prop do other Mk I owners have on their boats? Gotta do the same project. I think you are over thinking this. The OD of the hose is irrelevant. The OD of the cutless bearing needs to be measured as struts can vary between models and years. Best to get the cutless bearing that fits the strut, and that may need to be measured to get that
