have a problem. I have mounted many units immediately adjacent to compasses
with no apparent effect. However, I have always done a trial fit first to make

My E7 is about a foot from my compass in a the usual place - the pod
attached to the binnacle guard. Once I switched the E7 to magnetic the
readings were identical.
