Chuck, As a frame of reference, I live in Brooklawn, NJ, right across the Delaware from Philly. It takes me 1.5 hours to get to Anchovy on Worton Creek. Slip and mooring prices seem to almost double anywhere south of Worton. I'm not sure about over on the Western shore of the Northern bay but I
