On the 4000+, there are rollers on either side of the motor gear. One of
them is adjusted by loosening the screw on the back of the wheel unit, then
turning the knob until you get the correct tension.

I replaced my belt last year because it was slipping. I didn't see any
adjustment on the clutch. The old belt was obviously damaged in spots.
