Sander, The 25 is really a great boat. You don’t have to worry about the hull, it’s very strong. Fill in the hole from the saildrive and put an outboard on the stern, they sail better this way. You will want an 8 or 9.9 hp extra long shaft (25” shaft) to try to prevent the prop from coming o
