It’s not that unusual. When I’ve used him I’ve always ultimately be happy with
the the work, but depending on the project, and how the project is going, he
can be very difficult to get a hold of.

I replaced all of my panel lights about 7 years ago with LEDs and had to order
a larger quantity than I needed so still have extras. I have about 20 of the

I have a Garmin 741 with touchscreen and WiFi and am very happy with it.
The touch screen works well and is pretty intuitive - especially if you've
used Garmin before. Using the WiFi with an iPAD is great. I can either use
the Garmin Bluechart navigation program using the boat's GPS location o

well as Annapolis to Newport. Conditions included over 40 knots and a rough
Gulf Stream crossing coming home last year and the boat handles the weather
very well and with good crew comfort.

That was also my solution. I now have the two original batteries as a bank
of house batteries and a third battery that is isolated as a starting
battery. The system works very well and has also made managing the
batteries much easier.

Thanks Dennis. Impromptu does like light air and we worked hard to keep the
boat moving consistently. Fortunately it also does pretty well in heavy air.
The return home had much heavier weather and we were able to keep the boat
moving upwind in over 30 knots through a rough Gulfstream passage
