I did it last year and the fee was $850. I did the race and sailed the boat back a couple of days later with return crew that had flown in. Really a good time and well worth it.

My parents flew home and I got the boat back in 1980 and 1984. In 1982 we all flew home and the past commodore of the CRYC with his parents took the boat home for us. Those of you at the CRYC Race Over may have seen Andy Wood there. We got 2 weeks in Bermuda that way. In 1984 we stayed a long time until my friends ran out of money totally and we had to come home.
