Bob. Some years ago, I rebuilt a q-berth for a client and used pebble board to top it.  My thinking was the rough surface would allow moisture to exit from under the cushions.  Seemed to work fine but was a bear to stick down.  I used contact cement.  If I had it to do again, I'd use an adhesiv

A few years ago I switched from 4200 to LifeSeal and have never looked back.  My opinion is that Life Seal and LifeCalk can do most sealing.  I would consider butyl tape for hardware that has the potential to move under loading and unloading, for example, shroud bedding plates. Be sure to overb

Edd, I replaced my 35-III windows last year. They were already broken in a few places, but removal cause a couple more breaks. I marked up the pieces as they came out and then gave the whole lot to Select Plastics who used the pieces to make the template for the new windows - they fitted perfectly

Agreed on the float switch. The "automatic" pumps which turn on every few minutes and, depending on initial current draw, will either turn off or keep on pumping, are a temptation to all of us technology buffs.
