Hi Hendrick, Thanks for your reply. I was hoping you would tell me how to do it! My first step is to contact Microsoft tech support to ask them how to do it. I doubt they will tell me anything useful but at least it may annoy them! Then I'll contact Acer tech support to ask them how to do it.
