(cloudstack-aws-api-register). The script is assumed to be part of a release
where the awsapi package is installed in /usr/share/cloud/bridge.

Fixed with cfd2091337534f0ff7edcacd404c776fa202c5c7 and
I've not sure exactly, I guess they are required to be there for some hard
coded paths.
I see after installation some components (client, bridge, lib etc.) are
symlinked in /usr/share/cloud/management.
