Since I'm taking over for Alex for a bit, I'll confirm that I have
read through that page.  It's been reasonable helpful, along with the
similar page on the incubator website.

I think I have a handle on the steps, but will certainly ask if I find
that I'm confused or need guidance!

Great pointer.  I'll structure my personal space similarly today.

Also, I'll use that same structure for the actual release dir (once we
get through the voting process).
