if I have a
commonly reported signature, Sanesecurity.Phishing.Cur.1266.UNOFFICIAL, is
this reported or is it only malware that is in the 'Official' ClamAv database

I'm trying to build the rpm's for my Mandrake 10.1 box. Below is the failure:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]$ rpmbuild -bb --sign /home/chris/rpm/SPECS/clamav.spec
Enter pass phrase:
Pass phrase is good.
Executing(%prep): /bin/sh -e /home/chris/rpm/tmp/rpm-tmp.98383
+ umask 022
+ cd /home/chris
base Signatures 470,759
Seems like every month or so I have to make the change from either cld to cvd
or cvd to cld. What, if anything, could be the reason for this?

One more probably dumb question and I'll call it a night. Previously on
all my clamav installs the freshclam.log was started the first time it

I've just finished installing rc2, activated safebrowsing in
freshclam.conf. Ran freshclam however it appears that the
safebrowsing.cvd file was not downloaded at least its not where the
other database files are /var/lib/clamav.

Is there a configuration setting in clamd.conf to 'not' have the clamd.log
restarted monthly? Or is the archiving of the previous months log
controlled by something else? I'd like to have my clamstats output
continuous instead of restarting every month.

av hits on spam via the clamav plugin for spamassassin. Therefore
everything is working. Any known reasons why clamd just up and quit

This was not found when incoming mail was scanned, however, I saved the
attachment and ran clamscan on it and it was picked up. Clamav is called
via a plugin in SpamAssassin. This happened last night and again tonight.
Any possible reason?

rl gurus on this list and a couple of others there are no
errors. I could post it here but I don't know about attachments to this
list. If anyone wants it I'd be glad to send it to them.

I've noticed the above in my hourly syslog snip thoughout the day today. Its
not appearing each and every time a message is checked. Could someone advise
me on what the problem may be and what the fix might be?
Thanks

And it's still showing up as corrupted as of an hour ago. Is there a way to
contact the MSRBL folks and let them know of the bad database?

Previously, even after the upgrade to 0.90 it was running just fine.
The script is located here
