I would have thought it should be located in the same folder as freshclam, I'm pretty sure on the old system it was in /usr/bin. I'm wondering now if I should just go ahead and roll one for 2009 to make sure I have everything. Clamd doesn't even shouw up on a list of services when chkconfig --list is run whereas freshclam does.
