I've tried to OCR old Fortran Code from DTIC pdf documents. There were
2 big problems;
1. The copies are very poor to start with and all OCR attempts produced
about 75% error rate.
2. Old Fortran code limited variable names to 6 characters so they were
generally not descriptive of what they r

I hadn't started this DEC Alpha 3000-300 since last summer, and booted
it up so I could load the new PAK's the other day.
The result was that it completes almost the entire OpenVMS startup, but

I've used the SCSI2SD with great success with vintage DEC computers.
On QBUS machines, both vax and pdp-11, it has worked with Emulex UC07,
TD systems Viking, Andromeda SCDC and the DEC RQZX1 controllers.
I have used it on native SCSI controllers in VAX 3100, VLC 4000 and 64
bit ALPHA machines.
