Users had issues, back at SOLEIL in France, with FedEx, DHL, UPS, French
post... at many levels. I guess it just depends on luck, or bad luck in the

I have seen such failures on the CX100 shipping dewars. Generally failure
occurs close to the neck of the dewar and is apparently probably caused by a

failures are actually extremely rare. Of course, this doesn't help if it
is your crystals that have been thawed, but these stories should not
