Hi everyone, I am working on several nuclear receptors that can bind phospholipids in their hydrophobic pockets (expected Kd around two-digit nanomolar). Do you have any suggestions for methods to remove the lipids apart from long dialysis? I plan to use the proteins in co-crystallization exper
