Hardly enough information! Resolution? Wrong spacegroup - eg P21212 when it should be P212121 or something? Wrong estimate of model difference? That can afffect LLG quite a lot? But there are many reasons.. Does the Rfactor fall when you refine? A change of R=55% to R=47% usually indicates the

Dear all, I have been using Phaser for molecular replacement. One of the search models I tired generated 5 MR solutions. The best solution has a over 300 LLG value, but a low TFZ value (5). I checked the map in coot. The density and model didn't match well. I am wondering if it is normal? What's
