Wrong estimate of model difference? That can afffect LLG quite a lot?
But there are many reasons..
Does the Rfactor fall when you refine? A change of R=55% to R=47% usually

Dear all,
I have been using Phaser for molecular replacement. One of the search models I
tired generated 5 MR solutions. The best solution has a over 300 LLG value, but
a low TFZ value (5). I checked the map in coot. The density and model didn't
match well. I am wondering if it is normal? What's
