Hardly enough information! Resolution? Wrong spacegroup - eg P21212 when it should be P212121 or something?
Wrong estimate of model difference? That can afffect LLG quite a lot? But there are many reasons.. Does the Rfactor fall when you refine? A change of R=55% to R=47% usually indicates the solution is somewhat correct and can be improved..
