Aidong, I had a similar issue with the latest version of HKL2000. I had outsmarted myself by using symbolic links to the HKL executables. The HKL paths must be setup correctly for it to be able to find all the files necessary to read and decode the .h5 files. Best regards Mark Sent from my iP
